Sculptra

Sculptra is a semi-permanent derma filler which is injected into the skin to restore loss of volume on the face tostimulate collagen and elastin to improve the texture of the skin.

The main active ingredient is Poly-L-Lactic-Acid which acts as a lifting agent and as a biostimulator which,after few weeks, encourage the skin cells to produce more collagen.

DOES THE PROCEDURE HURT?

Sculptraprocedure is mini-invasive and the discomfort only last few minutes. The productcontains local anaesthetic to sooth the treated area. After the injection, you may experience mild bruising and swelling which is completely normal and usually goes after a few days.

Yes, Sculptra is a safe form of dermal filler. It’s U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved.
