Aging of the lower part of face

Many clients who come to my clinic are concerned about sagging skin around mouth and jaw line. Nasolabial folds (the lines running from the nose to the mouth), along with Marionette lines (lines running from the mouth to the chin) and jowls are the first signs of a progressive ageing process that consists of loss of volume in the mid part of the face, alterations in facial muscles length and bony resorption of the mandible.

Treating lower part of the face at Colicci Aesthetics

Dermal filler can be used to add volume on the cheek area which help lift the face, relocating the position of the corner of the mouth as well as smoothing the nasolabial folds. Sometimes adding volume in the cheek area is enough to enhance and balance the whole face for a more youthful appearance. Treating this part of the face is definitely my favourite procedure to perform mainly because it truly delivers straight forward results and restores facial features that have faded through time due to the ageing process.

The lower third of the face such as the chin, jawline and neck is often not seen as a major contributing aspect in the outcomes of non-surgical treatments; however, additional volume restoration performed by injecting derma filler in the chin area and on the angle of the mandible help replace bone structure and define jawline, which is a key feature in achieving a youthful appearance. My favourite product for this area?! JuvedermVolux.

Using Anti-wrinkle injections combined with volume replacement enable me to improve great results in facial rejuvenation making the results last longer and the skin look tighter.

My passion is to create the best version of you by enhancing your beauty giving you a natural lasting appearance.
